Position	Description	Requirements
Utilization Review Nurse* (full-time) Cincinnati Tri-County Mall Area (posted 1/1/07)	Provides precertification, concurrent review, discharge planning, outpatient review and any additional programs requested by clients according to client guidelines. Functions as an acute case manager. Acts as a conduit for acute care among the TPA's, employers and reinsurers.	Active state registered nurse licensure, in good standing. Knowledge of managed care concepts. 3 - 5 years hospital nursing experience. Previous managed care experience preferred.

Disease Management Nurse* (part-time) Columbus, OH	Provide education and support to Disease Management enrollees. Assist enrollees with goal developement. Assess and update program objectives. Participate in Health Fair activities as needed.	Active state registered nurse licensure, in good standing. Knowledge of managed care concepts. 3 - 5 years hospital nursing experience. Previous managed care experience preferred.

* The Utilization Review position can be combined with the Disease Management position to create a single full-time position.
